My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were calm and relaxing, which was perfect after a dynamic day out exploring. The location was excellent, right next to the textile museum in the heart of the Centro. Though there were some privacy issues and noise from the courtyard and cafe downstairs, Ana was fantastic in accommodating our request for a quieter room.
